Frequently asked questions
This section contains information that relates to the technical website issues and the Immi School Online project, as well as the learning process for our courses and lessons in general.
If you cannot find an answer to your question, please use the link “Contact us” at the bottom of the page.
How to see school materials?
You need to create a personal account or sign in to an existing one. In some cases, you may be asked to verify your email.
Please sign up to your account, then click the button “Take this course” to access the class.
How to pay for the course?
Click “Take this course” and you will be redirected to the course payment page. You will be “enrolled” for the course after.
If you have any difficulties, please email us support@yuliamoiseeva.com.au
The total amount will include the cost of the course + 3.5% for processing the payment system. You do not have to pay anything beyond this total course fee.
If you enrolled in a course and provided a valid email registration address, you will receive an additional email with a direct link to the webinar, indicated the date and time.
Please note not all courses include additional webinars. Read about the course conditions in the course information section.
Please check if you are logged into your account. Then, go to your profile page to verify that you are enrolled in the course. You will see in the list below all the courses that you have been enrolled in (free or paid).
If you are sure that you already paid for access, but cannot get in, please contact us at support@yuliamoiseeva.com.au
Courses, lectures and other materials from Immi Scholl must only be used for your personal purposes. You do not have the right to distribute information to third parties, pass it off as your own or replicate it. Violation of the terms of the agreement will be considered a violation of intellectual property law.
If you’d like to share content, please invite your friends and family to Immi School so they can get up-to-date information from a trusted source.
If the course includes additional webinars, you can ask questions during the online meetings. If the selected course does not include webinars, you can email us at office@yuliamoiseeva.com.au or book a consultation about your matter
When you are enrolling in a course/lesson (free or paid), you get access to the material in only one pre-selected language. In exceptional cases, you can have access to the material in another language. Please contact us support@yuliamoiseeva.com.au
How long will I have access to school materials?
You will get unlimited access to free Immi School materials.
After you enrol in paid course/lesson, you get access for a limited time (to be specified in the course description). When access is expired, you will automatically be offered to purchase the course again.
